It's a private group on Facebook (and in our free app) where you check in with your nutrition, workouts and supplements to keep you accountable. There are other women in there with you on the same journey to a healthier, happier life.
There will be motivational, inspirational and positive encouragement posts every week that will keep you motivated and going when it gets challenging. Plus, you can join us live for our weekly check-in and nutrition calls!
You can pick any workout from Beachbody On Demand - there are thousands of workouts and 75+ programs for all levels, from brand new to advanced.
You also get nutrition guides and your choice of superfoods and/or pre-workout and post-workouts recover supplements!

I remember the moment I decided; it was another argument, another fight. I don't know what it was about that time, but I remember thinking enough was enough.
I was stuck in an abusive relationship; I felt trapped and confused; I was not looking after myself, a smoker, no clue about health, fitness or nutrition, drifting from job to job, with no real purpose or sense of belonging.
All I knew was I wanted a better life for myself and my son, so something had to change. - a tough start, I know!!
Making the decision was just the beginning; taking action was the next step. I spent hours searching for a way to feel better and found self-help books and videos. So I threw myself into this reading, watching everything I could get my hands on and putting them into practice.
At this time, I also started my first forays into fitness, I remember watching my Dad come home from work annoyed or unhappy, and he would go out for a run and come back in like a new person, energised & reinvigorated. This transformation fascinated me, so I started to run with my Dad; the more I did, the more confident I became that this was what I needed to do.
Not only did I get fitter and feel better. But, more importantly, I saw a way out — to take the step and leave.
The next few years flew by as I continued to juggle my life as a single mother and pursue my goals. First, I went to earn my HND at college, then my Degree. I found a love for group exercise, as this was how I could connect and help the most people I could.
Around this time, I first met Kevin, and although we both had our challenges — we hit it off. I found his outlook uplifting, and we started to set some pretty big clear goals together "specifically, we wanted to be able to travel the world with fitness and not have to worry about money!"
Since then, my life has been fitness, but not everything has been easy. I've been bullied, fired, made redundant and just decided jobs weren't for me. But here's the thing I'm still here — I'm a fighter. It's not a quick fix; things don't come easy, but I am a grafter and believe in following your dreams and that everyone deserves a chance because success isn't about what you have, but rather the effort you have are willing to put in.
Putting in effort is what I do day in and day out. It's about discipline and understanding where you are going and the steps it takes to get there; this is what I empower people to do now in their fitness journeys.
